Downhill bike track at Tveit skisenter 15 minutes outside of Kristiansand city centre.

There is a mountain bike downhill bicycle track located at the Tveit skisenter, which is 15 minutes outside of the Kristiansand city centre.

During the winter months it is used for skiing, but once the snow melts, the Kristiansand sykkelpark use it for downhill racing. There are jumps turns and many steep sections, but it is also possible to use it as a novice.

The great thing about the park, is that they make use of the lifts back up to the top again - so riders do not need to carry their bikes back up. This is usually only in operation in the summer months, but updated information can be found on their facebook page.

The track is located next to Hamresanden (with beach and camping) and very close to Kristiansand International Airport Kjevik.
