The perfect base in Nordmøre – all year round

Angvik is a short drive from some of the region's top attractions, in every season. The Atlantic Road is around 45 minutes away. Trollstigen is just over an hour and usually opens in May. Innerdalen offers mountain adventures in summer, while the ski paradise of Sunndalsfjella provides alpine peaks and long descents for all levels. Jordalsgrenda in Sunndal is just 25 minutes away, with peaks such as Trolltind and more. The hosts are happy to help find the right guide for the right adventure – summer and winter.

History you can touch

In the old Gustavbua in Angvik you will find Museet Handelshuset Angvik – cultural history from the Dutch trading era of the 1500s right up to the present day. Admission is included in the room rate, as is entry to the art gallery. Here you can explore the life and work of Tore Bjørn Skjølsvik, one of Norway's leading artists, who has roots in Angvik.

Angvik is a member of Classic Norway Hotels and in 2022 became the first Scandinavian hotel to join Romantik Hotels – a European collection of hotels with character and soul.
