Det Lille Hotel in Risør is part of "De Historiske Hotel & Spisesteder" which is an independent collection of hotels and restaurants with buildings of conservation importance. The hotel has two restaurants, Tollboden 1865, which focuses on, among other things, seafood and short-course meals. The other restaurant, Park Café, is a rustic gastropub in what was once an old gas station.
