Frati’s great atmosphere was brought from Italy to Trondheim in 1973 by Paolo Minervini.
He filled the kitchen with ingredients like olives, tomatoes and pasta, seasoned it with the joy of life and opened the doors for the most important ingredient for a pleasant meal: nice people!
