At Gålå Høgfjellshotell, food is an important part of the experience, and our local chefs conjure up fantastic dishes with ingredients sourced right outside the door.

The fish comes from the Gålå Lake, which you can see from the restaurant, and the meat comes from our own family farm, which grazes all summer up at Gålå and the mountains around us.

We collaborate with local small producers and serve as much local food as possible. For us, food is about honesty, closeness and the taste of Gålå.
