We offer a set 4-course menu, together with a wine pairing. We also offer group dinners, often with a historic introduction. If you want an arrangement out of the ordinary, please contact us.
We have restored the building and made it into a unique place for dining. The interior represents 100 years of coal mining at Svalbard, and the kitchen focuses on genuine and honest food, with elements from the arctic cuisine. We want to show you the history of Svalbard and Longyearbyen, combined with good food and beverage - in a nice and picturesque atmosphere, right beneath the Longyear glacier.
