In beautiful surroundings at Rotvoll just 10 minutes from Trondheim city center is the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Adventure Park. Spread over two forest areas, you will find many exciting challenges for both young and old.
Here you can hurtle through the air overlooking the Trondheimsfjord and climb between the trees among the birds. If you're lucky, you'll be joined by one of our squirrels. We have trails that suit a scattered age group, with trails with different levels of difficulty and heights. For the toughest, we have the Tarzan jump, which is a breath-taking challenge!
