Traditional food from Northern Norway.
Lofotstua serves Northern Norwegian seafood in very informal surroundings at Majorstua. The menu changes with the seasons, and everything is prepared according to Lofoten traditions.
From May until October, Lofotstua serves a wide selection of fish á la carte. Between mid-October and mid-January, lutefisk is the only thing on the menu. From January until April, spawning cod is served.
Lofotstua also serves whale, and is the only place in Oslo with seal on the menu.
