
The hike to Nipe in Suldal in Ryfylke is sometimes demanding, but because of the fantastic view of Nesflaten and Suldalsvatnet it is absolutely worth it.
The hike to Nipe is a demanding hike (red). It's a steep hike in demanding terrain and is approximately 7 kilometres long. The hike takes around 5 hours and the highest point is 707 metres above sea level.
From Nesflaten, turn off at Roalkvamvegen and continue on Bråtveitvegen until you reach the shooting range, where you park on the side of the road.
The season for the Nipe hike is from May to October.
This is a steep hike in demanding terrain. If you need a breather along the way, there are tables and benches with great views of Suldalsvatnet. There are magnificent views from the top.
