Blåtinden is the highest peak on the island Hareidlandet, comprising the two municipalities of Hareid and Ulstein, reaching the height of 697 metres. There are several alternative routes to the top, for instance from Haddal and Gjerde, and the trip is easily combined with the peak Kongsvollen, 683 metres above sea level. The views from the top of Blåtinden include among others Vartdalsfjorden, Ørstafjorden, and the islands between Hareidlandet and Gurskøy.
