Caving | Go Rafting Sjoa

This is a unique and memorable nature experience, perfect for anyone with a sense of adventure and a desire to explore – as long as you are not claustrophobic.

The cave we explore is narrow, but anyone with a normal level of physical fitness and no issues with confined spaces should be able to complete the tour without difficulty. Be prepared to crawl, squeeze and climb your way into a fascinating underground world.

On our way to the cave, we hike past beautiful waterfalls while enjoying spectacular views of the magnificent Rondane mountain range.

The meeting point is at Sjoa Familierafting, located at Varphaugen Farm. Participants drive their own cars to Mysuseter, where they park in a designated area. From there, we hike at a moderate pace for approximately 45 minutes to reach the cave entrance.

The actual cave exploration takes around 45–60 minutes, and all participants are equipped with a helmet and headlamp.
