Step back in time and explore 15 authentic buildings dating from the Middle Ages to the 1930s, each with stories woven into their walls.

Marvel at the stunning 1784 decorative painting by Olav Hanssen in the Rambergstugo – considered one of Norway’s finest examples of traditional interior art.

Don’t miss the Anne Bamle Exhibition, featuring exquisite bunads (Norwegian folk costumes) and a glimpse into the life of the woman who created the Øst-Telemark bunad. Seven original bunads are on display, including two over a century old.
