Rafting at Adventure Norway is a popular, exciting, and fun activity suitable for everyone – the perfect family adventure. Children as young as 6 years old can take part. Bring your group of friends, plan a school trip, outdoor education camp, scout trip, bachelor/bachelorette party, or corporate outing. The activity is tailored for both large and small groups and combines thrilling river rapids with play, teamwork, and lots of laughter. Experienced and skilled guides provide thorough instruction beforehand and accompany you throughout the trip.

The rafting trip covers a 5 km stretch of river and takes approximately 2–3 hours. The tour starts at the rafting center, where participants are provided with all necessary equipment and detailed safety information.

The rafting season runs from mid-April to October. During the high season, several trips are offered daily. All required equipment is included, but remember to bring swimwear/change of clothes and a towel. In the low season (May and September), it is recommended to bring wool base layers and wool socks.
