At ROAST you can enjoy meat from the very best meat suppliers, and of course fresh fish and seafood from the cold sea areas off the Norwegian coast. The hub of our kitchen is the charcoal-fired Josper grill. Here we prepare, among other things, our signature dish «ROAST Board» ¬- the most delicious meat with a delicious aroma that only a charcoal grill can give. Several of our dishes are especially suitable for sharing with others, and it also gives you the opportunity to try several exciting flavor combinations. To accompany the food, we have an exciting and carefully selected wine list where we have emphasized finding good wines that complement the deep flavors of charcoal and smoke.
