Sevletunet is a family owned farm situated 2,5 hours from Oslo and 4-5 hours drive from Bergen. The mountain sides and the fiord are surrounding the farm, and the farm itself consists of old preserved buildings and several restored buildings, where we offer accommodation (B&B and self catering), and locations for different occasions and food serving. Our farm is especially popular for people wanting a more authentic stay, that are tired of staying in hotels, for families that would like a rural and homely atmosphere and for culturally interested people. Welcome!

Sevletunet is one of the oldest farmsteads in the area and has been in the family of the owner since 1837.

Some of the buildings are preserved and the guest houses from 1700 and 1850 are renovated to modern standard (all rooms with private bathroom) but have retained their original appearance and atmosphere.

Sevletunet has been awarded Olavsrosa – the quality mark of Norwegian cultural heritage. Olavsrosa retains high quality products that derive from the Norwegian cultural heritage. Together with a good nights sleep we hope to give you a genuine experience of Norwegain culture. To interested guests we gladly tell about the different tools, furniture, habits and the famous story of the farm. We often sit down with our guests, e.g. at the breakfast table.

Sevletunet is well situated for a visit at nearby attractions and activities like e.g.; Langedrag Wildlife Park, Uvdal Alpine center, cross country tracks, the two stave churches and Hardangervidda National Park.
