Sundsand in Inderøy is a wonderful, shallow beach with fine-grained sand, surrounded by lawn areas. In the recreation area, you'll find a kiosk, handicapped-accessible restroom facilities, a playground, barbecue areas, hiking trails, and 3 sand volleyball courts. The area invites outdoor activities, including a well-maintained jogging path.
Sundsand Beach at Straumen in Inderøy is a beautiful shallow beach with fine sand, surrounded by green areas. Sunsand recreational area also feature a kiosk, sanitary facilities adapted for the disabled, play area, barbeque areas, hiking trails and jogging path, and 3 beach volley ball courts.
Sundsand is located just south of Straumen town centre, just a stone's throw away from Saga - Senter for Fotografi. There is a hiking a cycling trail from the town centre and around all of Sundsand.
Directions: From the town centre, drive accross the Straumen bridge, turn right at the second exit; Sundssandvegen.
Free-camping in Sundand is not permitted.
