An intimate restaurant with 30 seats in the heart of Stavanger city center with a high-quality menu with a focus on local ingredients in season - in a warm atmosphere. The chefs are real food nerds who have the perfect as a minimum, but at the same time like to be a little casual.
Michelin guide 2016 also gives distinctions to several other restaurants that are not given a star. The symbol is the crossed knife-and-fork symbol - known as couvert.
