La sostenibilidad es un aspecto crucial de nuestro trabajo. Nuestros socios reducen continuamente el desperdicio de alimentos y elaboran menús en estrecha colaboración con productores y proveedores locales. Los ingredientes tradicionales suelen proceder del huertodel hotel y de agricultores de la zona, o simplemente se cosechan del bosque. Se utiliza calefacción geotérmica y se toman otras medidas para reducir el consumo de energía. Para conocer mejor el lugar, muchos hoteles también ponen a disposición bicicletas y vehículos eléctricos.
