Bløkallen (524 masl) on Midøya in Misund gives you fantastic views of the garden, girth and mountains. This is one of the four Midsund Stairs, built by Sherpas from Nepal.

The first part of the path to Bløkallen goes up beautiful stone stairs before it continues on a natural hiking trail. You can add distance to your hike by adding a an exciting path up a steep cliff wall. Here there is a chain to hold on to and a steel step for the foot. By adding this lap you will have a round trip instead of hiking back and forth the same way.
The trip usually takes about 3-4 hours up and down, and you can walk 1400 steps, a combination of path and Sherpa stairs. For further route descriptions see the English edition of: ,De beste turene i Midsund,
Learn about the Midsund stairs
The Midsund stairs consist of four hiking trails where parts of the trails are facilitated with stone steps by Sherpas from Nepal - an impressive work thats worth a visit. In addition you get a fantastic view to the mountains, fjord and sea.
Rørsethornet ,(659 masl) - Norway's longest continuous stone staircase with 2200 steps
Digergubben (527 masl) and Midsundhornet (483 masl)
Bløkallen (522 masl) - perhaps the nicest trip along the old Kløvstien
Aksla (110 masl) and and Akslahornet (411 masl) ,- the shortest trip to the viewpoint Aksla, challenging on to Akslahornet.
