Join us when the results from the NFR-funded project Health in Medieval Urban Trondheim (AD 1000-1600) are launched at DKNVS's book launch on August 24th.
The project has researched how the transition from private care to an emerging, shared health responsibility took place during the Middle Ages.
The book reveals the medieval picture of disease in Trondheim and places it in larger contexts such as urban and natural environments, nutritional access and demographic fluctuations.
Participants: Axel Christophersen, Elisabeth Swensen, Erik Opsahl and Ola By Rise.
The event is FREE, but you must reserve your place via this link: https://litthustrd.hoopla.no/event/1734291810
