Kamfest celebrates the viola year with two special screenings of the viola comedy On a String. We meet Isabel, a talented violist trying to find a foothold in New York's freelance classical music scene. When she gets the opportunity to audition for the New York Philharmonic, nothing can go wrong – right? Director and lead actress Isabel Hagen, with a background as a violist and stand-up comedian, finds humor in the everyday.
