Toki o kakeru shôjo (Toki o kakeru shôjo, Japan 2006)

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, based on Yasutaka Tsutsui's 1967 science fiction novel, is a story that has been adapted into a number of films. But the best of them all is undoubtedly Mamoru Hosoda's animated version - perhaps the best time travel film since Back to the Future!
Teenage Makato is a gentle and rather carefree tomboy who loves to throw a ball and hang out with her two best friends. One day, she accidentally finds a mysterious object that gives her the ability to jump in time – an ability she initially squanders on superficial fun, like endless karaoke sessions, sleeping in extra late in the morning and making sure her little sister doesn't steal her pudding from the fridge. Things like that. But then she begins to realize that the changes she makes in the past have ripple effects in the future – ripple effects that can be serious enough to be fatal. At the same time, she discovers that time jumps have their limits. Will she be able to correct the future before it's too late, and before she runs out of jumping?
