Faros en Noruega

Duérmete con el sonido de las olas
Cada vez más visitantes optan por alojarse en uno de los 60 faros situados a lo largo de la costa noruega. Eso sí, no olvides reservar con bastante antelación.

El faro de Lindesnes fue contruido en 1655 en la península del mismo nombre, el punto más al sur de la Noruega continental. Fue el primero de más de 200 faros que durante siglos han guiado a los barcos que se aproximaban a Noruega. Muchos de ellos han sido cerrados recentiemente, o su funcionamiento, automatizado. El último faro con personal y gestionado por el gobierno se cerró en 2006.

Imponente naturaleza e historia marítima

Debido a sus ubicaciones idílicas y espectaculares al borde del mar, estos edificios emblemáticos abandonados recientemente se han convertido en reclamos turísticos cada vez más populares. Hoy en día son muchos los turistas que buscan experiencias únicas. Pasar la noche en un faro te permite revivir la tradición marítima de Noruega mientras oyes cómo las olas rompen contra la costa. Estas estructuras son además perfectas para capturar en excelentes fotografías, que puedes compartir con famila y amigos. O con todo el mundo.

En total son unos 60 los faros en los que puedes reservar una estancia. Los precios varían de uno a otro. Muchos de los faros aún pertenecen al gobierno, que colabora con asociaciones y organizaciones locales para mantenerlos abiertos a visitas guiadas o como alojamiento. Otros pertenecen a empresas privadas, que los gestionan comercialmente.

Reserva tu estancia con bastante antelación, ya que cada vez más visitantes conocen esta inusual opción de alojamiento.
