    Noruega es un lugar increíble, con paisajes de belleza indómita, montañas, valles y fiordos. Pero antes de adentrarte en esta naturaleza salvaje, asegúrate de conocer las nueve normas básicas del código de montaña noruego para no correr ningún riesgo:

    1. Planifica tu viaje e informa a otros sobre la ruta que has elegido.
    2. Adapta las rutas planificadas de acuerdo a la capacidad del grupo y a las condiciones climatológicas.
    3. Presta atención al clima previsto y a las alertas sobre avalanchas.
    4. Vete equipado para el mal tiempo y para cualquier eventual complicación de las condiciones meteorológicas, incluso cuando se trate de rutas cortas.
    5. Lleva el equipo adecuado para poder ayudarte a ti mismo y a los demás.
    6. Selecciona rutas seguras. Aprende a reconocer el terreno propenso a avalanchas y de hielo poco seguro.
    7. Utiliza un mapa y una brújula. Revisa siempre dónde te encuentras.
    8. No te avergüences si tienes que regresar al punto de partida.
    9. Conserva tus energías y busca refugio si es necesario.
